During the final years of the Obama Administration, the US Department of State created a little bookletfor communities to use to help plan for their town to be a new resettlement site.

This morning, reader Joanne sent this newsfrom Colorado: Ft. Collins hasn’t enough low income housing so refugees are not being placed there in any numbers.

  1. That’s a fact…take Noel, Missouri for example. It is, (or was) a scenic, iconic little town on the Illinois river where we used to load up to go canoeing. Now, the locals say Somalians and Mexican’s hang out on main street, and the infrastructure of the town is overwhelmed with the need for services to accommodate these people. It’s a total mess. Bottom-line…who’s responsible for destroying this once great country? Will someone please tell me!!!!!
