The failed liberal wet dream gun free zones.

Your right to protect yourself shall not be infringed..well..except where it already is infringed. That is what my young liberal friend told me. Here is what he said.

I think we should pass a law to ban guns. That way we wouldn’t have any more violence and we could close the prisons. It’d be great.

You think so? We tried it before. It is called prohibition. It failed when we prohibited alcohol. It failed with prohibiting drugs. It is failing today with prohibiting guns.

But we need to do something. Maybe we should take it piece at a time. We don’t have to prohibit anything, we can just regulate all we want. Yeah, that’s it.
I know. Hospitals should be gun free zones. Surely you wouldn’t want sick people to get their hands…

BUILD THE WALL

Dr. Robert Owens Chronicles the History of the Future

The Democrats are bluffing.  The last thing they want is to do is go on the record that they would rather shut down the government than pay for a border wall.  The next to the last thing they want is to go on record with a vote against the wall.  They know that to do either of these things would bring them no votes just more people outraged over them continuing to choose illegal immigrants over citizens.

Have the fight.  Call the vote.  Don’t follow Ryan in funding Planned Parenthood while refusing to fund the wall.  Don’t throw us under the bus for political expediency.

Obamacare is still here.  China isn’t a currency manipulator.  NATO is all right.  Intervention in foreign wars and military confrontations seem to be the order of the day.  Hopefully we won’t be singing with the WHO, “The new boss is the same as the old…

USS Bush launches Super Hornets to pound Islamic State – News – Stripes @USNavy

Crews fire up a cluster of F/A-18 Super Hornets every hour as part of pre-flight preparation on the USS George H.W. Bush in the Persian Gulf on April 19, 2017. The Bush is launching air strikes on the Islamic State.
SCOTT WYLAND/STARS AND STRIPES

Supersonic F/A-18 Super Hornets soar off the USS George H.W. Bush to bomb Islamic State targets in Iraq and Syria at all hours of the day and night.

Their pilots speak almost affectionately when describing the Super Hornet’s speed, maneuverability and destructive power.

This is the second time the Bush has been deployed to battle ISIS. The first time was in 2014.

The Bush launched airstrikes against ISIS in February while in the Mediterranean, then traveled to the Persian Gulf to continue the assault with the Super Hornets.

Trump says ‘major, major’ conflict with North Korea possible, but seeks diplomacy

How to Provide

U.S. President Donald Trump said on Thursday a major conflict with North Korea is possible in the standoff over its nuclear and missile programs, but he would prefer a diplomatic outcome to the dispute.

“There is a chance that we could end up having a major, major conflict with North Korea. Absolutely,” Trump told Reuters in an Oval Office interview ahead of his 100th day in office on Saturday.

Nonetheless, Trump said he wanted to peacefully resolve a crisis that has bedeviled multiple U.S. presidents, a path that he and his administration are emphasizing by preparing a variety of new economic sanctions while not taking the military option off the table.

“I am thy God.”

Numbers 11:4-5, 10-23

Numbers 11:4

The mischief in the camp usually commenced with the mixed multitude, and it is the same with the church of God now: the merely nominal Christians in her are the tinder for Satan’s sharks. It is sad, however, to note that the Israelites were ready enough to follow the bad example of the mixed company. They murmured wantonly. They did not want for either bread or water, but pined for luxuries. Such complaining is sure to be punished.

Numbers 11:5; 10-15

The meekest man failed in his meekness. He was so provoked by the senseless clamours of the people that he spake unadvisedly with his lips unto God. The best of men are subject to infirmities. The Lord in Moses case was very pitiful towards his servant, and sent him help that he might the better bear the burden of so great a charge.
